CAWI interviews

Cawi

We offer a web-interviewing service to complement our existing modes of research: questionnaire design, execution and data analysis amongst business and consumer respondents.

Respondents meeting the survey requirements are notified, usually by email, of where to find the questionnaire and are provided with a password to enable access to the questionnaire. This ensures no uninvited respondents complete the survey.

Response rates and top line results for individual questions are available at anytime throughout the field period.

Thanks to a network of “Internet points” that are located in all major Italian cities we also provide ONLINE INTERVIEWS IN CENTRAL LOCATION.

The facilities are located in very busy shopping and working areas to allow the on-street recruitment of respondents. They are equipped with up to 20 workstations and guarantee very fast internet access (optical fibre with 10mbytes/s download speed).

CATI and PAPI telephone interviews

All telephone surveys are conducted from our in-house Telephone Centre which is equipped with:

  • 8 state-of-the-art CATI workstations to provide fast and flexible data processing and instant analysis of the results
  • An exclusive software (VOXCO) for computer administered questionnaires and sampling control to reduce the possibility of error and maximise time efficiency.
  • A remote listening-in system which allows our clients to follow the interviews as they are being conducted, but from the comfort of their office, and guarantees continuous supervision and quality control.

We can count on a team of professional telephone interviewers who are always highly trained and closely supervised.
